Using Relate2Profit.com to record your relationships and activities gives you the ability to measure your referral marketing effort. Unique features of Relate2Profit.com include:

User Accounts
Relate2Profit.com offers subscriptions for single-user accounts and multi-user accounts. Users within a subscription share the contact information but have unique relationships with contacts and schedule their own activities with contacts.
The ability to assign privileges to each user account allows you to control which information can be viewed and modified by the users within a subscription.
The one month, 5 user, free trial subscription is fully functional. Your free trial subscription may be upgraded to one of the available subscriptions without losing information that you have entered during your free trial.
Contact Information
Relate2Profit.com manages typical contact information (name, address, phone numbers, etc.) along with profession, personality type, family information, goals, accomplishments, interests and networks. This additional information allows you to fully describe each contact.
User defined groups of contacts can be created to easily manage and communicate with your contacts.
Contacts may be imported from Microsoft Outlook or from a Microsoft Excel Template. When contacts are imported, you can specify whether existing contacts in Relate2Profit.com are updated or whether only new contacts are added. This capability allows you to control the information that is imported when you repeat the import process over time.
Relationship and Activity Information
Relationship information is specified between each user in your subscription and your contacts in Relate2Profit.com. This allows each user to establish their own unique relationship with the contact. Activity information, including the revenue and expenses associated with the activity, are specifed between the user and the contact. The relationship and activity information that is entered drive the reports.
Reports
Reports allow you to measure your referral marketing success. The reports are divided into contact-based reports and activity-based reports. Every report can be customized with your preferences of display fields and report criteria. Your custom reports can be saved and referenced by all users within your subscription.
Contact-based reports include a Profitable Clients report and a Profitable Referral Sources report.
Activity-based reports include a Profitable Activities report, Referrals Given report, Referrals Received report and a Scorecard report.
The Pipeline Calculation determines the number of referrals that you need to receive per week to meet your desired income goals. Suggested values for your closing ratio, average referral value and lead time are calculated for you based on the activities that you have entered.
All report results can be exported to Microsoft Excel and downloaded to your computer.
Business Rules
The selection lists and parameters used within Relate2Profit.com can be customized to reflect your business model. Activities, Networks and Professions can be added. Sequences of activities that represent your business model can be created to easily assign a series of activites to a contact.
The currency used to specify revenue and expenses can be selected for your subscription.
E-Mail Marketing
E-Mail marketing can be used in a variety of ways to maintain contact with your prospects and clients. The most effective e-mail campaigns send a specific message to a targeted group of contacts.
Our Business Partnership agreement with Constant Contact® allows Relate2Profit.com subscribers to easily transfer groups of contacts into your Constant Contact® subscription to support your e-mail marketing campaigns. NOTE: your Relate2Profit.com subscription does not include a Constant Contact® subscription.
